June15 Consulting started in 2012 helping Fortune 500 companies with global expansion. Since then, we’ve worked with nearly 40 Fortune 500 companies including Caterpillar, Pfizer, PepsiCo, Kellogg, United Technologies, and Mastercard, building deep expertise in helping American organizations build and manage teams across borders.
We were doing well. Great logos, strong revenue. But something was missing. We founded this company to make a real difference, to work with clients where we could truly change the trajectory of their business. With Fortune 500 companies, we were a small piece of a very large puzzle. We wanted more.
In 2022, everything changed. A longstanding client, a midsize CPA firm, came to us with a challenge. They wanted access to a bigger talent pool, better margins, the ability to serve their clients at a higher level, and better work-life balance for their US team. They wanted to leverage offshoring to get there. But they didn’t want to outsource. They wanted to build their own global team. People who reported to them, who were loyal to them and only to them.
But they were a midsize firm. They didn’t know if they could do what the big companies do. They needed someone to figure out how to set up their own offshore team without taking on massive compliance risk, capital risk, or consulting fees. They needed a lot of support for not a lot of money.
So we figured it out. That’s how the direct ownership model was born.
The results surprised everyone, including us. Once we saw how it transformed their firm, we knew we had found our true calling. Not just a service with strong demand, but something we were uniquely good at and deeply passionate about. This is how we could help an organization completely change its trajectory.
We pivoted. We stopped taking Fortune 500 work and focused entirely on helping CPA firms build their own offshore teams through direct ownership in Argentina, India, and the Philippines. It’s been an incredible journey, and we’re just getting started.
